Key Technical Aspects of the Project

1. Fire Detection and Sprinkler Design
   • Attend design meetings with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate and refine the fire protection systems.
   • Design changes will be managed through updated Fire Engineering Reports (FER), ensuring all adjustments are compliant with the latest fire safety regulations.
2. Sprinkler and Detection Installation
   • Install and design multiple classes of sprinklers throughout the 10-level building to ensure comprehensive fire protection across all areas.
   • Install Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) and Emergency Warning Intercom System (EWIS) throughout the building to ensure safety and compliance across all levels.

Project Outcomes

Base Build Installation

• The installation of the fire detection and sprinkler system will cover the entire 10-level multi-story building, ensuring it is prepared for future medical fit-outs and hospital treatment areas.
• The base build installation will allow for flexibility, with provisions to easily adjust or expand the sprinkler and detection systems (including the speaker system) to accommodate future changes in the building’s use and layout.
